Our website address is: https://yournorfolkparty.uk/ – we are a group of independent activists and organisers from across East Anglia who have set up this website in order to aid the development of the local organisation as much as possible.

Any information submitted or collected will be saved in an encrypted spreadsheet only accessible to a few site administrators, this data will be used to contact you if the necessary permission is granted.
In the future if the opportunity comes up to share this data with smaller branches of Your Party so they contact you, we will send you a notification for you to opt out of this sharing as well as the option to have your data deleted completely
How long we retain your data
We will retain contact data as long as it is necessary for the organisation to mass contact members and those interested in hearing about events etc.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
